Island Apartments is a complex of three intimate buildings under construction in the climatic seaside resort of Jastarnia, in the heart of the Hel Peninsula, on Bałtycka Street – in the buffer zone of the Seaside Landscape Park, just 300 meters from the Bay of Puck and 500 meters from the Baltic Sea. The development includes 22 independent apartments on two floors.
The ground-floor units will have an independent direct entrance from the outside and above-ground terraces for privacy and freedom, while the units located on the upper floor will have balconies and the additional possibility of creating their own atmospheric mezzanine.
The areas of the units range from 21 to 65 sqm. Each apartment comes with an outdoor parking space. In addition, storage space will be provided for sports equipment, i.e. boards, foams, bicycles, etc.
Currently on sale is the building on Bałtycka Street, designated as segment A.
Energy-saving and eco-friendly solutions are an important part of the complex’s infrastructure. They are aimed not only at minimizing the negative impact on the environment, but also at reducing maintenance costs. Underfloor heating based on a heat pump, photovoltaic panels using solar energy and an air conditioning system using chilled water are planned as part of the investment. In addition, selected positions in the outdoor parking lot will be equipped with outlets for charging cars, bicycles and electric scooters.

The Island Apartments – thanks to its architecture: the form and colors of the facade – will perfectly fit into the natural landscape of the coastal island. Among the natural plantings in the center of the complex will be dominated by exotic palm trees as a characteristic recognizable element of Surfer’s Island.
